Have they ever referred to Nan as having Down Syndrome onscreen? Obviously Jamie Brewer has it, so it would seem to follow the character did too, but usually the Ryan Murphy School of Screenwriting would have another character mention she had DS at least every other episode and I don't think anyone's ever actually said it. Maybe we're supposed to think the actress has it but the character doesn't?

Not that it's necessarily a factor on the who's-the-next-Supreme issue, it's just something I've been wondering about,

I thought it was mentioned? And that's why they said she couldn't be the supreme, because she was "you know"?

Madison mentioned it in the first ep, I think, when Zoe was meeting everyone. of course she said it in a very un-PC way.
