This isn't an unpopular opinion so maybe it doesn't count, but I love Ender's Game even though I despise the author. I found it a truly touching and beautiful book, but I still refuse to do anything that might give the author money.

Honestly, I think everyone who likes Ender's Game feels this way. I've yet to meet someone who doesn't.
