I'm about 95% sure I'm not the person you want me to be, which makes me about equally sure that you're not the person I was hoping you'd be.

Still. I guess, having noted that, this isn't going to count for much but...I'm sorry, too. I'm sorry that this has haunted you for so long. I've been through the scenario you described, too, and nobody should have to deal with a "friendship" like that. I'm sorry that you did.

Don't be sorry! I mostly intended that secret to be personally therapeutic, not because I really expected the person I was directing it at to ever see it. >>
