The two additional characters from the Hunger Games that transcriptanon couldn't identify are Seneca Crane, head gamemaker, and Haymitch Abernathy, the mentor of District 12. And the anon behind the secret ships Seneca/Haymitch. :)

The unidentified character aiming a large gun is Eames from Inception, with Arthur next to him.
