I read playboy once, and it was so fucking boring. It was the most boring magazine I ever bought, the articles were stupid, the pictures of the girls were horrible and I just came away feeling very annoyed and bored. Over naked girls.

Will take recommendations for GOOD magazines with scantily clad ladies.

I think its time might have come and gone.

My only Playboy-related experience is with republished/scanned cartoons from some artists I really like, but that stuff was all from a few decades ago, so I assume that it's gone downhill? I have no idea.

It was about 5 years ago I bought mine, expecting it to basically be a bunch of pinups with adds.

Instead there were car reviews, some articles about gamer (boys), more boring articles about mens hobbies and here and there was a picture of a girl in pretty typical poses I'd expect to see in car adds. They weren't even naked/in particularly sexy underwear! It was just articles about this man, that man...one interesting interview with a model who works as a teacher.

I was incredibly let down.
