To the secret maker and commenters from a few days ago: I started watching this on iPlayer (I've watched up to 2.4 so far) and it keeps making me cry!! I don't know whether I should thank you for that or not, but I'm now hooked on this daft show. And I quite fancy the dad.

Well, I think aliens for me. Because I think aliens as a category has given us a lot more and varied kinds of characters than wizards.

I agree! Wizards are still fun, though. Especially wizards and their dragon friends in tacky fantasy paintings, which I unironically love. <3

Oh yes. Wizards are great. I especially like wizards who aren't quite in top form or are still in training. We listened to "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" a couple days ago on the way home from Atlanta, so that's been on my mind.

We talking wizards and dragons on black velvet? ;)

I'm more thinking of wizards and dragons on posters (and sometimes t-shirts and bookmarks), but wizards and dragons on black velvet also work!
