In my mind I see a paparazzi-esque picture of a generic dude just trying to cross the street but being photographed anyway. In my mental image, the face is blurred out, presumably because this mental image is not supposed to represent any particular person, just "a guy" who is a pop culture icon.

Despite the male standing in for the generic, the first specific person who comes to mind is Lady Gaga. For some reason.
