You won't be a bully. Put your boss hat on in livestream and tell her to cut out X behaviour or you'll boot her permanently. If she doesn't believe you? Do it. Same deal with tumblr. Might as well let her know what things are ok and not ok while she's still young and learning. If she does go on a flailing tumblr spree of martyred feelings, just ignore her to the best of your ability.
