Ban her. She's old enough to know that she shouldn't be disruptive, and if she doesn't know, now's a good time for her to learn. She should know that if she wants to interact with adults as peers, she needs to behave like one. You can tell her (privately and courteously) why you're banning her, if you want.

Veruca Salt was the way she was because nobody would tell her no.
