I am older too and love doctor who.I feel young at 49. I have heard some say they are old for liking it in 2005. How should I feel liked it in 1972. Time is just a small thing.

My Grandma's in her early 80's. If it wasn't for her influence I wouldn't be the lover of sci-fi that I am today. She may not be very into computers, but we do go onto discussion boards together sometimes after episodes. And I would not appreciate people telling her she's too old for her fandoms.

She is pretty awesome, but has been in poor health lately. But the look on her face when Tom Baker showed up in the 50th Anniversary special of Doctor Who is not one I'll soon forget. :) I'm trying to hoard all the time I can with her since I know there won't be a lot of it anymore.
