Co-signed. I wish fen would stop using 'homophobia' and 'heteronormativity' when they're just butthurt about their slash ships getting canonically broken up by women.

Not straight, and my reaction was not to the secret but rather to the "people here are homophobic and don't listen" bs.

I will cut the name-calling and just say that if they had said it was heterosexist, I would have agreed with them. It's just as heterosexist as just about every other show out there. I just think homophobic is too strong a word. That, to me, means that it's actively promoting hatred of gay people.
