I disagree on the not finding Elsa sympathetic or interesting part, I found her extremely so, and I can relate to her struggles in a non magic sort of way (stress/anxiety and closing yourself off to people because of your situation? Yep I've got that.) One of my main problems with the movie is there wasn't enough Elsa and there was too much Kristoff (I liked him but it felt like his movie sometimes when it needed to be about the sisters.)

But I agree there were some stronger story ideas in the demos. The trolls made more sense when there was a troll prophecy. And the "Life's Too Short" song really sums up sister relationships extremely well. The demos also seemed to feel like they were concentrating more on the sisters at that time, and I really think the biggest problem with the film is that they forgot that the story was supposed to be about Anna and Elsa, not Anna and Kristoff.

I liked the film too, but it could have been a lot tighter story wise.
