The Muppet Show was a staple of my childhood. A 'whole family' viewing thing, so *fun* and silly and the guests were always so awesome. ALICE COOPER, for heaven's sake!

Loved Sam the Eagle (everyone is naked under their clothes!!), and the old coots heckling up in the balcony, and Gonzo and his chicken-love, and Animal, and Pigs In Spaaaaaaaaace! and all the weird little and not-so-little creatures they came up with.....
