A - As the people above me have so eloquently explained, no one thinks this.

B - The drugs thing is from a movie version. Which definitely doesn't help you seem with it.

If you read the first act, it's hinted that Romeo and his friends had been drinking. Which really was not all that uncommon back in those times.

I know that they were drinking. But alcohol is literally not the same as drugs. So, your assertion is still not accurate.
