You're not alone in finding that attitude reprehensible. There are probably actors who find it funny or harmless, but also actors who want to seal themselves in a fan-proof bunker and never come out. And this is me being a selfish fan, but seriously, when other fans do shit like that, they make it less likely that those actors/celebrities will do things like go to conventions/do autograph signings/not run like hell every time someone tells them they're a fan of their work.
