Nope.

SJW =/= 'oversensitive' or being offended by things in general (though they obviously go hand in hand).

SJW = someone who bullies, harasses, or threatens people over the most minor and often unintentional* offenses, and who will insist that people 'should' be offended by something even when others of the affected demographic do not see it as problematic.

Telling someone you're offended by something doesn't make you an SJW. Telling someone that they are an automatic bigot just for using a term, bullying someone for it, or refusing to accept their apologies or explain why your offended does.

* = I'm thinking of making "Misinformed is not Misogyny" a catchphrase.
