People who act like Tony Stark and Sherlock Holmes are the only roles RDJ has ever played annoy me.

Or Chaplin and Zodiac. Just because he's in 2 famous franchises right now doesn't mean that's all he's ever done.

Chaplin was great. It was also in 1992. The secret says "doesn't act anymore" (emphasis mine) My guess is that it's referring to his more recent, most well-known roles.

Zodiac was also good, but in what way was RDJ not playing himself? Unlike the OP, I don't mind him taking on similar roles because he does a good job, but... snarky yet likeable smartass with a substance abuse problem? That is RDJ.
