I'm completely scarred all over my back and chest area because of some very shitty acne. Not nice, I'll never be able to wear anything short sleeved or low cut again. Which sucks, especially in summer.
I really wonder, sometimes: There is this whole fat acceptance movement, and they go on and post tons of pretty fat girls, but they all have the same flawless (or flawlessly photoshopped) skin as the thin models. It's kind of sad, really.

I have acne scars all over my back and I don't give a shit what I wear. The hell I'm going to give up low cut or sleeveless things just because my back has brownish spots all over it. I don't think people really give much of a shit about back-and-chest acne either unless the scars are fresh and red and gross. Apart from really, really shallow people, so hey -- built in shallow-people filter that I don't have to waste time or energy actually using my brain to identify!
