Lessee...

I fell down when I was a baby and destroyed the roots of my two front teeth, which never came in as baby teeth (so I was without front teeth until I was about 12).
I slipped on badly maintained stone steps and split my forehead open when I was 6. Still have the scar from that.
Not much later, I was hit in the head by a wooden swing, and knocked cold for several hours. No permanent damage done, but I just feel like I should include it when listing the other head injuries.

I messed up my wrist when it was whanged by the handle of a handheld snow plow.

I broke my arm playing Win Lose or Draw while waiting to go on an overnight with the army cadets.
