If you dislike Skyler because she's flawed, and dislike all the characters because they are flawed, you are either a bit dim or you hate all humans, because all humans are flawed.

Yes, all humans are flawed, but some are more flawed than others, and there are different types of flaws that are received in different ways. For example, someone whose major flaw is punctuality is probably going to be a lot easier to like than someone whose major flaw is being a bigot.
If someone's flaws make them a genuinely awful, unpleasant person, it's perfectly reasonable and even natural not to like them.
