I get better run times in the cold because it's -7 degrees and I want to get home as soon as possible. Same on the dry skin; my feet are starting to crack.

Vaseline is really great for fixing cracked skin, also to protect the skin from the cold!

I always forget to preemptively protect my skin and end up having to slather on moisturizer later. Whoops. Burt's Bees makes a really good foot creme, I've found it's even more effective than Vaseline.

LIES! Nothing is more effective than Vaseline! It works on everything, except burns...
