Criticizing Israel is not automatically anti-Semitic. It is possible to acknowledge the awful things Jews have gone through and their right to have their own country and to be free from oppression (with the caveat that the Palestinians have the same right) and still think their policies and treatment of Palestinians is awful.

Re-read the secret, and then re-read my post. Come back when you're done.

The secret is specifically criticizing her as a member of the military, not realizing service is compulsory. And since the military is responsible for a lot of the bad stuff and that therefore she may or may have participated in those actions, I think its okay to be a bit uncomfortable.

Since service is compulsory, its different and personally I'd have to know specifically if she participated in any of the stuff before having a problem, I can see where the OP is coming from.
