Sorry, but this comment doesn't even make sense. They're not different people, you know.

Now, I can see someone claiming that she would stop loving the Doctor after he became Eleven -- hell, humans change and fall out of love even without personality-rearranging regenerations -- but he's the same damn person. Just like Nine was the same person as Ten.
