But anti-Israel propaganda includes accusations of genocide and other such nonsense and goes back to the 1940s before there even was an Israel.

...you referring to the Neturei Karta(sp?) book? Those are Orthodox Jews (OK, they say they are, whether they are or not, I can't say) who also happen to be anti-Zionist. Which complicates the discussion even further, but you can't say they're anti-Semitic...can you?
