SPN - Dean/Anna. Also out there but hard to find.
Harry Potter - Harry/Ron, Harry/Luna
X Files - Scully/Byers. I think I"m the only person on Earth who ships this.
Dark Tower - ANYTHING. ANY PAIRING AT ALL. It's like this fandom doesn't even know what shipping is!
"How did this become so popular" ships - Harry/Draco, Aragorn/Legolas. I honestly don't know why A/L took off so strongly in a universe that contains so much Frodo/Sam and Legolas/Gimli potential.
Less about the ships themselves and more about the interpretations - Ed/Roy or Ed/Al shippers who think everyone else in Amestris will be perfectly OK with those relationships.
