Don't know how it is in the US, but some people here (me included) bought a season's pass on i-tunes, so that's a legal way to watch it (new episodes are added the night/the day after they aired).

But yeah, I mean, if you don't care about the fandom and don't have any blogs you watch where spoilers get posted and don't care enough to watch it as soon as it comes out, I don't see why you shouldn't wait to watch it on PBS.

DA - Yeah, I would normally wait too, but I do tumblr, and it is FLOWING with spoilers (and not all of it tagged, ugh).
