I'm confident the problem is not with my reading comprehension. What the hell are you trying to say?

They're making a reference to an anon story that popped up here a while ago. In a nutshell, anon threw a cup of hot coffee at a male coworker who may or may not have been looking at her breasts, later updating that the coworker might lose his vision in one eye and coffee anon might go to jail for it. Most people were of the mind, "I hope you go to jail, you blinded a man for looking at you," but there were a few anons who rallied to her defense.

Whether it was all true, partially true, or 100% bullshit, from the story to the defending anons, we may never know.

"Coffee Anon" is referring to the anon that overreacted and threw burning hot coffee in a coworkers face then posted here saying she was concerned she was going to lose her job.

"mouth-foaming" is a general term maybe more oft seen as "foaming at the mouth" referring to crazy or rabid behavior.

"stan" is a fannish term I'm sure you're familiar with.

If you murdered him you'd only be giving other MRAs more fodder for their shit victim-complex.

Well, don't. That's an inappropriate reaction to him "not fucking off". Report him to the police, to the tenancy advisory (if this is an apartment-type thing) or take out a restraining order.
