My guess is '9/11 truther' is somebody who believes the Government orchastrated the attacks on the Twin Towers and the Pentegon on 9/11. Strangely enough some 'truthers' seem to place the blame on Obama (though most do place blame on Bush/Cheney) .

A "truther" is someone who believes 9/11 was the result of some kind of government conspiracy. Usually revolving around insultingly dumb "evidence."
