If you're now writing without those tropes, you're probably aiming for people who just aren't reading your stuff because you're known as "X trope writer." I've read stuff by more than a few objectively good writers, but the fact that they tend to use a lot of tropes I don't like means I just skip over their stuff now. You can try putting your new stories under another name if it bothers you that much.

I also suggest posting under a new name.

This way it'll be like starting from scratch, you'll know readers like your stories just for what they are, and you won't disappoint any of your old readers (though you can tell some of your previous readers your different name if you think they'll like your new stuff).

Non-fanfic writers do this all the time when writing in different genres.
