Just want to politely request people not start arguments about House of Leaves again so soon after the last one, right?

Anyway, about House of Leaves vs. Only Revolutions -- I love HoL, and OR is a bunch of pretentious unreadable bullshit. Someone said something last time that pretty much sums it up -- OR is proof that Mark Z. Danielewski believes his own hype following HoL's success.

Give HoL a try -- I promise it's an actual book, if a super-weird one in terms of formatting and narrative -- and not just shitty poetry.

Nobody was "aggressive" toward anyone saying they liked House of Leaves. They were understandably pissed off by Dethtoll and others (including you, as I recall) insinuating, or saying outright, that those who hadn't liked it weren't intelligent enough to get it.
