I just wanted to note that of 17 replies to your post from yesterday, only 2 of the 6 that mentioned disliking back hair were from logged-in users. I'm not discounting the fact that it's possible there are 4 replying anons on F!S who aren't into that; but since you seem like a conniving, controlling, and manipulative person who specifically created the thread to show your SO there are an alleged majority who find it "gross", I think there's a VERY good chance at least one of them is you. Eugenics anon-- even if they were joking-- sounds the most like you, there's even repetition of your misuse of "objectively wrong".

Having preferences in regards to hair is fine. FORCING someone to change their image to match those preferences is incredibly rude to say the very least. Your relationship doesn't seem particularly healthy to me.
