Where'd you get those statistics?

Also criminally adorable choice of pictures, OP.

Europeans once again prove themselves to be superior people :3

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 12:17 am (UTC)(link)
Heil Europeans.

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 12:22 am (UTC)(link)
This would be a cute comment if it weren't from you, because we know you're not joking.

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 12:23 am (UTC)(link)
But he/she/it is right. Tell me how Americans, Africans or Asians are better than Europeans. Give me examples.

"it"

Hey, some people don't indetify themselves as women or men but a third specialsnowflake option. They deserve respect too.

Can you read? I didn't say anyone else is better than Europeans. He's still wrong.

Anon pls

I would never seriously praise lowly Frenchies, or Italians - even biproxy.

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 01:15 am (UTC)(link)
DA

I've no dog in the fight (I'm none of the above) but pretty sure it's fighting words to call a UKer "European"......

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 01:21 am (UTC)(link)
Their denial is pretty cute, we still like them even if they act tsundere.

No idea where you got those statistics but I'm european and Mako is indeed my fave !

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 12:23 am (UTC)(link)
How's Mako the opposite of the European stereotype?

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 12:30 am (UTC)(link)
What even is the European stereotype? Considering that the stereotypes of the different nations are opposites a lot of the time (just look at France, Germany, the British, and Italy) I'm not sure what the European stereotype would even be.

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 12:32 am (UTC)(link)
Educated classy ladies and gentlemen.

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 12:42 am (UTC)(link)
Sounds like the opposite of the stereotypes of East European countries, like Poland or Romania, tbh. Guess ~European~ only means West Europe. I'm not saying that East Europeans can't be educated classy ladies and gentlemen, just that these aren't how the nation stereotypes. And people like to forget that East Europe is part of Europe as well.

Cumberbatch.
cloud_riven: Close-up of an open-mouthed piglet! Is it recoiling? Or side-eyeing? Maybe saying, "HEY YOU TWO SHOULD KISS"? Mystery! (pig pig PIG)

[personal profile] cloud_riven 2014-01-22 12:28 am (UTC)(link)
This is even a thing? Weirdos. All of them.

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 02:45 am (UTC)(link)
I live in the USA and was born in Canada and my favorite is Ryuko. What does that say about me?

I mean seriously, why is this even a thing. Now I remember why I stay the hell away from anime fandoms.

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 02:57 am (UTC)(link)
I don't know what corner of the internet OP is from, but I didn't realize this was a thing either.

(If we're counting which girls are our favorites, though, another USA anon who likes all three, with slight edges to Mako and Satsuki. My BFF is from Europe and likes Satsuki best. What a tweest?)

Really? I thought Mako was #1 everywhere

[personal profile] toshi_hakari 2014-01-22 10:36 am (UTC)(link)
I would also like to know where OP got the statistic from, because I'm European and while I love Mako, she's far from my #1.

(Anonymous) 2014-01-22 11:18 am (UTC)(link)
Who is your number one?
toshi_hakari: (Default)

[personal profile] toshi_hakari 2014-01-22 11:25 am (UTC)(link)
Ryuko. Though I've started to really like Satsuki as well. And of course there are a lot of male characters I love, which weren't mentioned in OP's secret.
