But there are a lot of 'solutions' to those problems and lots of money and time put into 'curing' them. And in a lot of ways they're actually taken a lot more seriously than a lot of diseases or issues that are purely female.

I mean it's not a conspiracy, it's just a result of the patriarchy. I'm thinking though that you don't really care and just want to start wank. Also that you might not understand what exactly people mean when they talk about the patriarchy.
