I've never heard this one.

The closest I have heard is probably the one about how if men could get pregnant, birth control would be free and abortion clinics would be everywhere, but I always take it too seriously and get caught up in thinking how if men could get pregnant, the world and its gender roles would have grown into something so drastically different from the one we're in now that you couldn't be sure of anything about it.

Yeah I don't know what OP is talking about, but I've heard the "if men could be pregnant, abortion would be 100% legal". Which may be true. But OP sounds a bit paranoid.

I think the hypothetical situation works much better if you posit that male pregnancy is something spontaneous. Like, if tomorrow men suddenly gained the ability to carry and give birth. I do think the political landscape surrounding contraceptives and abortion would be very different, given that the majority of policy makers are men.
