Congratulations!! Sadly I am too poor for Obamacare. I had great hopes for it. Alas.

But yeah, I actually think it's a great idea to go in with a list. That way you don't forget anything! And if you explain to the doctor that you haven't been to a doctor in years and have a list of things you'd like to talk about, then they should be totally understanding and cool with it. Good luck!

Have you tried Medicaid? Or does your state have limited access/one of those weird loopholes that exempts them from Medicaid?

My state has very limited access and actually has cut medicaid and state aid by a bunch lately. My hopes are hanging on our next state election and hopefully a new governor. Well, that and finding a better and full time job.
