This. I'd rather protagonists just be described in detail without summing it up with whether they're conventionally attractive or not. Maybe some character perspectives see them as hot and others are unimpressed (without being evil and jealous for being unimpressed), but I don't want the story to be like this person is objectively gorgeous, it's so boring.
