On my way to class, walking through the halls (which are crowded with people), and as I pass by a man and a woman in ugly sweatshirts I hear this: "...and I don't even care about the hentai aspect, I just want to see how the plot turns out."

Cringed so goddamn hard.

WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DISCUSS SOMETHING LIKE THAT IN PUBLIC?

I've had that exact conversation in public before, but I don't own any ugly sweatshirts so I doubt anyone paid attention.

In my experience as someone who's spent a considerable amount of time at anime clubs and cons, people who have conversations like that usually ARE loud about it, even if other people are clearly acting uncomfortable.
