Babysitters100 at DW and LJ

Did you read the Babysitters Club as a kid? Or were you one of those unfortunate children who was deprived of it and now pine for the nostalgia you COULD BE EXPERIENCING?

Either way, come join the ficcing and reading fun! There are New York Sophistication, wacky outfit descriptions, very confusing temporal and spatial concepts (the Stoneybrook time warp, where eighth grade never ends and 80s/90s fashion reigns unvanquished). It's like sci-fi without all the robots! Or... the science.

If books about babysitting aren't your thing, no fear- California Diaries is full of angst and teenage drama and all the fun stuff you like in your YA.

So, come join

...Yeah, I wish I were high, before you ask. This fandom does exist, and I'm bored and sleep-deprived. I also think there's a distinct lack of BSC fic on the internet.

I read this and hated it.
