So where is all this 1800s slash? As someone who has been thinking about War and Peace (Dolokhov/everyone), I would like to see what other people are doing with the time period.

Well there's always slash-fic for works actually set in the 1800's. The Austen books, Master & Commander, Sherlock Holmes, etc.
