Hasn't this happened before? I feel like I remember a similar case from years ago.

I think this case is different, though, since the baby is extremely deformed.

The fetus in that case I believe was 8 months along and was not deprived of oxygen for as long. The woman was not kept as a incubator, a c-section was performed. The cases have very little in common and no DNR was involved.
