(about post-Avengers fic) MCU Thor being all happy and jolly and carefree. I know, it sounds natural given his general personality and comics!Thor, but given the actual situation with Loki and what Thor's been doing since the movie Thor, I don't think he'd be very jolly and lighthearted. Maybe months/years later on, but not soon.

(mostly adaptations, but also some fics) canon!Watson as stuffy, prudish, or generally a reluctant partner who Holmes has to drag along with him. Not only does it not have any canon basis, but his behavior in canon actually diametrically contradicts it multiple times. And given that the stories are loaded with all kinds of lurid scandalous behavior and sex, I can't see anyone prudish writing them, even if he hadn't publicly quantified how much tail he got.
