Yeah, this. I mean, no, I loved Disney as a child, sure. But as an adult, I think I appreciate it in a different way, and not just through nostalgia. I appreciate the movies, and especially the old shorts that don't seem to play as often. That could have something to do with studying a lot about animation, sequential art, character design, etc in college, but as an adult I can appreciate even the stuff that bored me, like Sleeping Beauty, which I think is pretty fantastic now, and all the nuance and effort that goes into most Disney work.

And don't even get me started on the Parks... Oh man, you want people are are putting effort into making everything as cool and "magical" as it can possibly be, it's the artists and "imagineers" and whatnot making sure that every little detail in the park is something clever and creative, just walking around on the street. It's people who really do go, "Okay, so how much fun can we make this?" and then just go and do it.

I just really love creative effort like that.
