Interesting. Yeah, one of the big things I've always heard about was the racial issues in the South though I didn't really know the specifics.

Well, I do have specific questions on the weather around where you live (yes I know, talkin' bout the weather but I'm actually curious :D). How warm/cold does it get in the summer/winter? I've been to California in the winter and it's sort of cold but not freezing and I hear that Florida doesn't get that cold. Is it the same in other southward states?

Mmmm. It doesn't generally get super cold (maybe 30 degrees one or two days a year). We almost never get large snowfalls. During the summer it can get abut 100 degrees or so. But the worst part during the summer is the humidity.
