People telling me to play a class/job in (any given RPG) that I have no interest in playing.

Ugh I knew a guy that did this, I was DM-ing and had vaguely mentioned that it's a good idea to have a spread of classes, but ultimately said 'play what you like', but this dude felt the need to dictate what everyone else should be based on his class. I gave up DM-ing groups with him in very quickly.
