Umbrekinetic: Shady, probably evil, often criminals or involved with dark forces. Older superstitious sorts tend to believe that shadow powers suggest darkness of the soul.

Ohoho that works perfectly.

Invisbility: Perverts and sneaks or just really shy and softspoken.

I can see people not trusting invisble sorts as much as I can see them stereotyped as sneaky.

Ohhh I like that idea for Illutionists.

as for telekinetics. I originally included the bookish / intelligence thing relating to Matilda , and possibly because telekinesis is a very brainy type power and some (mainly mundane people) believed it came from people who were so smart they used more of their brain. Though I can also see them perceived as emotionally volatile and disastrous if angered. The latter probably more so.
