Instead of eating it, melt it (together with some some milk chocolate to make it sweeter if you prefer) in milk and enjoy a nice, hot cup of chocolate milk!

I like chocolate up to about 60%; every now and then I enjoy a bite of 70% (especially after I just had something very sweet/am drinking sweetened tea), but anything above that is just too bitter. My father doesn't eat chocolate that's below 70% though, and my unlce nothing below 80%.
