-Jack and Liz from 30 Rock, because they're awesome.

-Tom and Seven from Voyager (though he's pretty much the only male character with whom I could almost ship her).

-Phoenix Wright with Mia and Maya Fey. He's like a put-upon-but-devoted older brother to Maya and a mildly-awestruck younger brother to Mia.

-Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, because they get each other so well.

-Bentley and Carmelita from Sly Cooper. They really seemed to get along well and respect each other in the fourth game.

-Eliot and Parker from Leverage. Though he's often annoyed by Parker's antics, he still cares about her a lot and is a great big-brother figure to her.

Eliot and Parker are the cutest sibs. Their relationship hits all the right notes for me.

Phoenix and the Feys is exactly what I first thought of!! Phoenix's reverence of Mia is really wonderful, and I kind of wish there was a whole game set between the flashback cases in 3 and 1 with them.

The entire Ace Attorney series has a surprising amount of positive non-romantic male/female relationships, honestly.
