(Anonymous) 2014-01-31 12:31 am (UTC)(link)Gym: does your gym have any classes you could join? Maybe mix it up with some yoga or weights or anything that'll just change it up a bit. Variety is good for you and keeps you interested.
If you're looking for at home workouts I have a bunch of links to free youtube vids and stuffm but not sure if you want those?

I get frozen veggies and just throw a bunch in a bit wok or skillet: string and wax beans, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, sugar snap peas and just cook it all up with a bit of olive oil. If you eat meat then cook the chicken first and then throw the veggies on top and it'll turn out fine. Sometimes I throw the rice in the pan with all the veggies, sometimes I mix it separately. I don't add any spices other than pepper and maybe salt, but I know some people spice it up more. It's really simple and filling. No messing with sauces or anything like that.
