If someone actually had not an ounce of fat on their frame, they'd be a corpse. Humans need a certain percentage of body fat to live.

pretty much this.

just go with 'athletic build', writers. or 'lean'.

"Lean" is a great word. For more specific bodies, other great words include "slender," "lithe," "svelte," and "slim."

I love the word svelte. It sounds so fancy. ~Svelte~

It really does. It's right at that line of pretentious sounding. Like whoever you're describing as svelte had better be kickass.

"Trim" has always been one of my favorites.

Oh that's a good one. It always sounds very neat and clean.

Willowy is a good one you don't see as much anymore.

This. Granted, there are diseases that make incapable of storing body fat, but they are extremely rare (funnily enough, a google search for this type of diseases only shows pages that talk about "obesity").

You need fat cells to live.

If you're looking for someone with such a disease, try Lizzie Velasquez (who, by the way, is fabulous).

Thank you. I knew about her but I couldn't remember her exact name :). And yeah, she's awesome.
