"Multiple" is used in two (maybe more, I don't know) different ways. 1) Having two or more orgasms in one sex session, which is what you describe. That's pretty common, ability-wise. You just have to try a couple of times. Or 2) Having a second orgasm without the first one ending, which is much harder to achieve, and many (most?) women don't get there.

There's no special, guaranteed trick I've heard of to get a #2 multiple. Some women find penetrating dildos (not clitoral stimulators) help, due to g-spot stimulation in conjunction with clitoral. You could also masturbate to orgasm, and then slow down instead of stopping, that way you don't come all the way down from it. That's kind of a crap-shoot; half the time it's just too overstimulating for me, and gets a bit painful.
